The 3D model is built or optimized from your plans. A first “clay” preview is shared so you can approve the massing and camera angles.
You receive a preview that sets the mood and style. Your feedback guides what comes next — you stay involved at every stage.
Lighting, materials, landscaping, staging: the image is refined until it reaches the expected level of photorealism, with your feedback built in.
A final quality check, then high-resolution delivery in the agreed formats — ready for your sales and marketing materials.

Every project is quoted individually, based on its complexity, the number of views and the documents available (plans, an existing 3D model or a simple sketch). Send your project through the form and you'll quickly receive a clear, detailed proposal.
Allow one to two weeks per image on average, depending on complexity, and a little longer for an immersive virtual tour or a 360° 3D model. A precise schedule is set at the brief and kept on track with regular review points.
Ideally: digital plans, a 3D model if you have one, plus your references and moodboards. But a project can start from a simple idea — full 3D modeling is part of my services.
Each image includes several rounds of feedback at key stages: camera angles, mood, then the final image. You're involved throughout the process, so there are no surprises at delivery.
